New Toys

Morning All.

Finally all of my new goodies have arrived, I ordered a little more than I thought... I am so happy with my selections though, just love the Inspired by Nature stamp set (think I am going to use this one for my convention swaps), which reminds me only 2.5 weeks away and I have 50 to make. Best start on that one and let the creative juices flow. If anyone has any suggestions on nice colour combos (thinking pretty, I tried the masculine and wasn't to fazed by it) please let me know.

Just logged onto the SU demo web page and they have released the next promotion, from May 1 - 31 buy 3 selected packs of DS Paper and get a selected 1 for free. I will keep you posted on that one when we receive more information.

Hi all.

I am really enjoying my long weekend. I cleaned my house yesterday, so that has now freed up my whole weekend for a little me time, craft being one of them. I have just sat down and made a few cards, using only one stamp from Fun & Fast Notes (I have been given a little inspiration thanks to very good friends and there very good news, can you pick what it is). I have taken the sketch from last weeks challenge by Amy Rysavy. I hope you enjoy.

Evening all,

I had the most fantastic day today, started off with my Martha Stewart morning, then went next door for a candle party (purchased a beautiful set of scented candles and melts) then it was off to Celena's workshop, where I met some lovely ladies and young girls and we had a few hours of stamping and chatting, then came home and my beautiful Niece, Nephew, Sister and Brother in-law an my niece and nephews cousin all came over for a swim. In that hubby has cooked a roast for me... told you a fantastic day.

Anyway, I have below attached what we made at my very first in home workshop I had 11 lovely ladies attend and we made 4 projects, Card, 8x8 Scrap page and decorated a gift bag and made a tag. Very Busy...

Morning ladies,

I just want to say a big sorry, I haven't forgotten about you but I have been very busy organising Celena's workshop for this afternoon and also I have had a little Martha Stewart morning, final touches for the workshop (I like to be extra prepared), made a caramel tart for a candle party I am going to this morning, making washing powder (off the Borax jar) and of course feeding hubby and I and cleaning (never ends does it)...

IBC

OMG, I have just submitted my supply order for the New IBC... and it was a big one.
I decided to get everything that appealed to me and thought that it was good to get everything up front as appose to buying dribs and drabs then not getting anything in the last few months because you don't know if it will appear in the new catty. Can't you see I am trying to justify to myself the amount I have bought.
I am now officially excited, but my brand new catty is not brand new anymore, the print has nearly worn off from me flicking back and forth... literally.
