I have made two cards this week for Jac-Inks fortnightly challenge, this week it was an inspiration challenge, and I am sure you will agree that it is a beautiful picture. These cards are a little different than what I usually create but I needed to have a few kids cards in my stash. I hope you like them.
Inspiration
Close up - Card 1
I created the sand using River Rock Refill Ink and mixed it with Dazzling Diamonds glitter, I think it worked quite well and it gave me the effect that I was looking for.
Card 1 Supplies Card 1:
Stamps: Fifth Ave Floral, Well Scripted
Inks: Rose Red, Blushing Bride, Taken with Teal
Card Stock: Rose Red, Whisper White, Rose Red
Accessories: Owl Punch, Hemp Twine, River Rock Refill Ink, Dazzling Diamonds Glitter
With the second card after I made it I realised that the colours didn't quite match the inspiration but I thought I would share as I love the concept of a little gift in our cards. This card comes with a bookmark. I love the little owls and the way that you can dress them up, I have dressed these little ones as hula girls, love the coconut bra :-)

These cute little owls brought a smile to my face on this cool Monday morning. What a lovely idea and interpretation of our "jac-inks" Inspiration Challenge. The details in both cards are delightful
